We recruit all voluntary and paid roles within the life of our church community following the Church of England’s safer recruitment best practice guidelines.
As part of the recruitment process all roles will have a job description and there will be an application to complete with references, a self-disclosure form and an interview. All roles will require safeguarding training to be completed and some roles will require a DBS check to the appropriate level.
