Annual Parishioners Meeting

1. Apologies for absence (please advice Parish Administrator via telephone or email)

2. Minutes of the meeting held on 27th April 2025 to be agreed.

3. Election of churchwardens for one year. (If there are more than two

candidates, then voting will have to take place.)

4. Pray for anointing of the Holy Spirit for the new churchwardens ministry and the year ahead.

107th Annual Parochial Church Meeting

1. Minutes of the meeting held on 27th April 2025 to be agreed.

2. Electoral Roll: (110 people: in the parish, out of the parish).

3. Election of PCC members (Three representatives).

4. Election of Deanery Synod (Three representative).

5. Appointment of the Electoral Roll Secretary.

6. Appointment of Independent Examiner.

7. Treasurers Report.

8. Looking ahead to 2026/2027.

9. Results of any voting.

10. Any Other Business (to be given in writing to Chairperson by Wednesday 6th May 2026)

11. Date of next year’s APCM – Sunday 25th April 2027 (provisional)
