Community Life
We're passionate about people finding a home at St Mary's, so we're very strong on welcome and community.
Coffee Shop... Drop in any Tuesday from 10am-12noon for coffee with Shirley Sheppard and friends. Coffee Shop happens in the Church Centre. Shirley can be contacted via the Parish Office.

House Fellowships... meeting weekly or fortnightly in people's homes are another great way of getting to know others and discovering more about Jesus. Some meet in the day time, others meet in the evenings. Contact us to find out more...

The group is open to all (you don't have to be a member of St Mary's), and provides a friendly, relaxed atmosphere - Just drop in! Details from Jacqui who can be contacted through the Parish Office.
Little Fishes... our popular pre-school for 2-5 year olds, meeting every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30am to 12:15pm. More information click here or contact the Little Fishes Management Team.

Godsafe Tea Club... supporting the elderly residents of our almshouses on Churchgate Street. This group meets fortnightly on Wednesdays in the Church Centre, and according to Norman Crossley 'we have a lively time, listening to music, hearing stories, having speakers, playing games and consuming vast quantities of cake and tea!' Contact Norman and Mildred for more information about this work through the Parish Office.
We have many other community activities through the year. Contact us to find out more, or visit the news and events page on this site.
