Welcome to St Mary's, Old Harlow

A warm welcome to St Mary's, Old Harlow. We're a mixed group of all ages, and all sorts of backgrounds, united by a desire to grow in our relationship with Jesus. Whether you're exploring faith or looking for a church to call home, you'll find a friendly and welcoming community here. As well as our regular worship services, we have activities for everyone throughout the week.

Worship with Us

We'd love to welcome you to one of our Sunday services:

• 8.30 am - a quiet, more traditional service with hymns (about 45 minutes) Morning Worship & Holy Communion
• 10.30 am - our main service, with something for all ages (about 70-80 mins) Morning Worship, Holy Communion, All Age (4th Sunday)
• 6.30 pm (twice a month) - Communion (1st Sunday), Evening worship (2nd Sunday) about 1 hr

Activities for All Ages

• Children & Youth: Groups run on Sundays except the fourth Sunday each month
• Home Groups: meet for Bible study, prayer, and fellowship

Christmas

Everyone is invited to celebrate the joy of Christmas at one of our events or services, or in the local community.

Sunday 30 November 3.30pm - Harlow Singers Carol Concert

Free with a retiring collection. Refreshments are served following the concert.

Wednesday 3 December 5pm

Carol singing at the Memory Tree in the High Street, Old Harlow 

Saturday 6 December 3-4.30pm – Messy Christingle

A special Messy Church for families with craft activities, fun and songs to explore the Christmas story, as well as making and lighting your own Christingle.

Sunday 14 December 6.30pm – Carols by Candlelight

A service to join in with singing Christmas carols and hearing Bible readings recalling the birth of Jesus – the first Christmas. Followed by mince pies.

Wednesday 24 December 4.30pm – Christmas Eve Nativity service suitable for families with young children.

Wednesday 24 December 11.15pm – Midnight Communion

Thursday 25 December Christmas Day 10am – Family Christmas Celebration with communion
